2. Website delivery and security
When you visit this website, connection data is processed, including your IP address, time of access, requested URL, and browser and device information. This data is needed to deliver the pages, diagnose errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.
This website is hosted on OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for content delivery and security. The hosting and infrastructure providers therefore receive technical connection data. OpenAI identifies OpenAI Ireland Limited as its contracting entity for business customers in the European Economic Area.
The hosting platform provides statistics on page views and visitor numbers. This is a hosting service feature. We do not embed additional analytics or advertising services such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
The retention of technical operation and security data depends on the processing purpose and the hosting provider’s security and retention requirements. Details of the providers’ processing are available in their privacy notices:
3. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address, any other contact details you provide and your message to handle your inquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to inquiries concerning a prospective or existing contract; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to other business correspondence. Our interest is in responding to inquiries and maintaining business contacts.
We use Microsoft 365 for email. Microsoft and the service providers involved process messages as part of delivering this service. We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond and, where applicable, perform a contract. Data is retained longer where required by statutory retention duties or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Cookies and embedded content
ADA’s website code does not set cookies or use local storage or session storage. Language and business area are selected through the page address. The animation setting applies during the current page visit. Hosting-related processing is separate and described in section 2.
Images, stylesheets and scripts are served with this website. Fonts are selected from the system fonts available on your device. We do not embed external maps, videos, social media feeds or font libraries. External links connect to their destination when you click them.
5. Processing outside the EEA
The international hosting, security and email services used may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Sites does not provide a commitment to processing exclusively in Europe. OpenAI’s published data protection terms describe adequacy decisions and EU standard contractual clauses as bases for international transfers. The documentation linked below provides information on these safeguards and relevant contacts.

6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect. ADA does not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, on this website.
Right to object: Where we process data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time. Please contact info@ada-bw.de.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
